- Led a multiple million dollar large SUV (2007 Expedition/Navigator) climate system development project as systems engineer.

 

- Developed program specific requirements , cascaded them to other attributes within Ford and other system, subsystem and component suppliers

 

- Spearheaded vehicle level attribute trade off process, incorporated design actions to improve performance and managed suppliers to deliver program deliverables per tight program timing

 

 

- ​Conducted climate control design reviews to ensure all programs and attribute requirements are met at each program milestone. Maintained processes including program timing and QOS deliverables

 

 

- Prepared Design Verification Plan and drove test processes
